Physiotherapy is concerned with addressing your pain state, function, movement and maximising your potential. Physiotherapists should use evidence based practice to guide their assessment and treatment, proven diagnostic and treatment techniques which involve manual therapy, soft tissue techniques and a variety of methods to decrease your pain and quickly increase your function.

Human movement is produced by the fine tuning of input and output from the joints, the muscles and the nervous system. When you injure yourselves and feel pain you disrupt this fine tuned symphony. This causes changes in the way you move resulting in compensatory patterns of movement that become the norm if not addressed.
I.Q Physiotherapists are experts at addressing the underlying issues that result in your pain, restriction in movement and function.
