One-to-One or Pairs Pilates

One-to-one or Pairs Pilates allows the teacher to be much more specific and focus on your needs and objectives. This is only partially possible in group classes. This is the ideal Pilates option if you have a particular goal, injury or health complication in mind.

Pilates needs to be taught as a course, so you would book a block of 6 sessions in advance. During the first session we would start with a postural assessment to identify weaknesses, strengths and discuss your objectives and goals. A personalised programme will be designed for you focusing on these chosen objectives and goals. The programmes intensity will progress gradually to challenge your body so it has to adapt by gaining more core strength, mobility and flexibility. You will learn how to do the Pilates movement and exercise in the most beneficial and safe way depending on your fitness level and objectives.
