Beginners Pilates

Unlike other fitness regimes, Pilates needs to be taught as a course and treated more as something you are studying yourself rather than just as an “exercise class”. By joining up for 6 sessions of Beginners Pilates, you’ll be exercising in a safe environment with other Pilates novices. You’ll be introduced to simple Pilates movements and if you are progressing slower or faster than those around you, easier/more difficult alternatives will be given to you. So you’ll always leave a session feeling happy, relaxed and most importantly well worked out.
